I wouldn't recommend this place of business to anyone. Who advertises a hair salon during a state shutdown when the Executive Director of the Board of Cosmetology has explicitly stated that stylists who cut hair during the shut down will be fined and potentially lose their license?! If you can't follow directions and therefore willfully threaten to spread this virus, you don't deserve to practice in Oklahoma or elsewhere. Putting profits before the health of clients.
