Many families have appreciated the thorough support during transitions, such as returning home from the hospital. However, there have been concerns regarding delays in obtaining necessary paperwork, like death certificates, which took longer than expected. Overall, clients have shared positive experiences with the care received, particularly praising the physical therapy services offered.
I’ve had the pleasure of working with Diana, and she is an absolute joy to partner with. She is compassionate, professional, and truly cares about the patients and families she serves. Her communication is excellent, and it’s clear she goes above and beyond to make sure people receive the support they need. From my experience, the home health side of this company is poorly organized with weak communication and little accountability. Concerns were often dismissed instead of addressed, which created ongoing frustration for staff and families. The public image does not reflect the day-to-day reality I experienced. Proceed with caution.
