PT Marsha came to my sisters and told her she was a Dr of PT! Said she’d been doing it for 28 years. My sister asked if she could help put her put on her TED hose she said nurses do that she didn’t know what she was talking about. Then said had to go to the restroom and gets up in the middle of PT and is gone for 10 minutes. Rude, unprofessional

If I don't have anything good to say, I usually won't say anything at all. So I usually only do good reviews. I have to say there's only a couple of bad reviews I've ever done and this is one of them. I think it was luck of the draw that we had a couple of hospice workers that worked with us from this company. They were the worst caregivers I have ever dealt with in the many years I've been in the healthcare business. Like I said it was probably luck of the draw that we got these two and I'm sure some of the other workers that work there are better but our experience was horrible.

The only thing good about this company was the contracted Physical Therapist, Diane. The nurse they sent out should have retired years ago. She is a smoker and stunk both times she came to my house. I literally thought I was finished three weeks after I started with them, I had no contact with anyone from this company for at least three weeks and then all of a sudden the stinky nurse called late and said she would be by the next day to release me. Did they charge my insurance for three weeks of nothing? I will be finding out. Sandy Nickels January 16, 2024, 4:00m
