All the staff members were attentive and detailed. Mimi and Darlene were extremely helpful with me as a new caregiver and made sure I had all my bases covered, including use of the Freestyle Libre 2 to check blood sugar. Our physical and occupational therapists were considerate of my husband’s limitations and never hurt him. They were encouraging and supportive. We used a different company in Texas and the staff was not even close to the quality of our helpers here. We parted as friends. Apex always answered the phone and saw us through emergency situations as well. Apex took wonderful care of my father! He was really resistant to having home health, but the nurses, physical therapists, and home health aide were all wonderful. Kind, caring, and compassionate!

Apex Hospice took care of my Grandmother. We couldn’t have asked for better nurses and staff. They were kind, compassionate and loving in the short time they cared for her. The hospital discharged her in sever pain and the two nurses stayed by her side until she was resting and comfortable. We were blessed to have them.
