I have been using A Advantage for all of my heat and air needs one of my favorite things about them is the maintenance program that’s very affordable they come out twice a year and look over everything. This time I had the pleasure of having Michael out he did a wonderful job.
I called Comfort Advantage for a problem with one of my heating units. They came promptly, and diagnosed the problem. It’s an older unit so they had to find a part and came back the next day and repaired it. I use them all the time for my heating and air-conditioning problems, and I wouldn’t go to anyone else.
Our Company in Stillwater has done business with the Advantage store in Stillwater for many years. They've always provided top-notch service, excellent & trained technicians, and quite frankly have always exceeded our expectations. Then, because we live in Edmond, we started using Comfort Advantage in Oklahoma City for our home. We're so glad that the Sorrell family now has Comfort Advantage Heating & Cooling here in OKC. They continue to exceed expectations. We have their Advantage Plus maintenance program and have had to call them a couple of times with heating issues.
