I wouldn’t bother with any other car wash name in town. Yes, you may get tiny swirls—that’s normal with any automatic wash. The only way to completely avoid them is with a touchless wash. But here, the difference is in the professionalism. From the easy sign-up process to the Windex and towels ready for customers, these guys have everything covered. I couldn’t ask for better service.
Unfortunately it has rained for like a while and my truck was very muddy. I felt really bad about it but this didn't even slow them down. They sprayed the truck down and got the majority of the mudd off before sending it through and even blew the pine needles out of the bed of my truck. Top notch service wasn't expected but that's what I got. They glady accept tips by the way. They deserved every bit.
Although the carwash itself provides a standard experience, one of the employees who went by Jay, one of the assistant managers I believe, makes it a reason to return. Friendly service, and extra care was provided. I noticed that the staff more diligently applied the initial spray than I have experienced in the past. As well as ensuring that towels were stocked, and that I understood what each level of wash provided and benefits of a membership.
