Mazen Kilani is the most respectful and helpful agent I've ever worked with. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend him to everyone. I will be sure to ask for him everytime I use HR Block.
Our tax preparer was fantastic! He was thorough and patient with us. He explained everything and made sure we got all the deductions we could. Will definitely be using Mazen next year!
I give this score every year because of Lee Roberts. I will NEVER go to another Block Advisor. I have been with her for 9 years and she represents H&R Block in the best ways! She is family!
