I give this score every year because of Lee Roberts. I will NEVER go to another Block Advisor. I have been with her for 9 years and she represents H&R Block in the best ways! She is family!

Ron Hall was most helpful and courteous; he explained every detail, about my tax return. This is my second year ,with Ron preparing my Tax Return. I will certainly return, to HRBLOCK, for my 2021 tax preparation.

Block Advisor Lee Roberts is professional and thorough and helped us feel comfortable during our meeting with her. She is also quite helpful in pointing out ways to save on taxes and getting the most out of our incomes. We know we are in goods hands with Lee Roberts and look forward to meeting with her next year.
