Eddie was very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. I needed last-minute scheduling changes for our install plans, and he was understanding and accommodating. Above all else, he was incredibly kind. My children can’t wait until we need to replace flooring again so they can go see Eddie!

Visited Big Bob's for the first time after making a quick phone call. We had a pipe burst in a wall in our new to us home and needed to replace carpet in two rooms. After reading a few Google reviews, I decided to go with Big Bob's. Glad I did. I had talked to Eddie over the phone and when I arrived, he also helped me. I had looked at several carpets online and was skeptical about the carpets made of recycled water bottles. He explained why he loves them.
