Sydney, who helped me on the phone was awesome! She was patient and listened to my questions, since I am new to this medical hardware stuff and answered in a way that was informative and educational. She went above and beyond and was so kind and considerate even though I was unsure of my prescription and needs.

Apria healthcare is a fantastic place to go to if you’re just starting out and are prescribed to wear a c-pap machine. I had the pleasure of working with Ruth and she answered absolutely every single question that I could think of. She followed up with a phone call weeks later strictly asking if there was anything that she could do and how the c-pap machine was working. Definitely recommend these helpful nurses.

I rely on my Cpap eminsley and mine malfunctioned. I came into the OKC branch for help and delt with Terri Quinn. She was great. She knows the product and was able to put me at easy. I can't begin to tell you how much this kind of service means to me.

The man who set up the unit was very knowledgeable and efficient.

Wish I could give zero stars. Apria is a joke. They never got me the correct equipment and first sent me a machine that didn't work. Their corporate sales reps didn't care just want money and the local okc person I spoke to was rude and again didn't care that it had been a year and still could not use my machine. This company is all about one thing and it is not about your health. Avoid at all cost.

Apria guy called and set up appointment and was on time. He brought everything in being careful with floor and walls, set things up and explained usage of all devices. Very pleased with him and equipment.
