Angel is going to get your body back in motion. He's safe, respectful and will remind you that it's your session. I had hard shoulders and was very tense, that 90mins fixed all that. I didn't know I was in that much pain until my session was over.

My cool sculpting did not work and when I asked why it wasn't working they insenuated it was a result of my potential behavior. So tried to talk to management ant with a least five phone calls on different days , my calls were not returned. That lead me to believe that they may know it's not working and that's why managment will not call customers back. I also got the past ink remove from my microdermabrasion. I asked questions as to why it was leaving a yellow stain instead of removing the color. The response was it will eventually fade Well they had already faded for free, I came there to pay to get the tattoo removed. So I would not have to wait for them to fade away so I could get fresh ink. No decent artist will do my eyebrows with the results I got from the tattoo removel. I was patient thi started in middle of February. It is now towards the end of July. To much money to not get the results the promise or show you pictures of.

This is the third time posting this review because it keeps getting removed but as I said before I will continue to repost because the director is a horrid person who needs to be held accountable for her actions against staff and people need to be warned. DO WORK HERE! Your checks will bounce and if you do receive payment it will never be the correct amount and you will have to argue with the director Dena Bradford about what is rightfully yours! Your pay will constantly change so if you do proceed with employment make sure you have your pay in writing! Your religious views do not exist here, the director performs witchcraft and seances in the back of the building during business hours and practically forces staff to be included. They do not care about you as a staff member point blank period! There’s too much to say about the negativity in this business so in conclusion, STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

If you're looking for a massage that will literally change your life, ask for Angel. I got a massage from Angel a couple weeks ago and I'm still daydreaming about it. Let me put it this way, if I was Kris Jenner, Angel would be a part of my entourage and would fly with me everywhere. The massage was that amazing. I loved how Angel took the time to consult with me before the massage and asked about my experiences (ie: migraines, shoulder tension, neck pain etc ). The massage was completely customized for my specific needs. Angel made me feel safe, cared for, and when I got home my partner could see a PHYSICAL difference in my shoulders/back. Incredible. Never going anywhere else.

I finally used my gift card for a 90-minute massage, and Angel did not disappoint!! He communicated with me his techniques from the beginning and explained the “why” of it all. He kept communication clear through my entire time with him and most importantly provided a top quality massage! I’ve already booked my next appointment with Angel! Thank you all for such a great experience!

Angel a new massage therapist was terrific. He was clearly skilled in his craft. I booked him again in 2 weeksThe 4/5 rating was due to other staff laughing together which killed the vibe. Otherwise the staff was friendly & efficient.

This was my first facial and I really enjoyed it . I had an appointment with a Nisha and she worked magic on my skin my goodness. She also gave me a nice soothing neck and hand massage. It was really good! Make sure to book yours too. Remember Mother’s Day is coming up.

Professional staff here are friendly and do a good job. I’ve been happy with my laser treatments so far as well as the massage services and the facial I received. My only issue has been with one front desk person who has continually made mistakes on my account, put my payment and services on another client’s account, and is extremely rude and talks down to myself and other customers each time I’ve dealt with her. I have watched her sit at the front desk with no one else in the spa and she will watch the phones ring and does not answer them. I’ve also seen her pick up the phone, tell the client to hold, set the phone down and continue to play on her cell phone until the customer on the phone finally hung up and I heard the fast busy and she then hung the phone up. One friend was charged a $50 no show fee after calling multiple times with no answer during business hours and leaving voicemails to reschedule an appointment before the 24 hour timeframe. I have had this happen as well. This has been not only my experience with this same person but several other friends who go here have all had similar issues and extremely rude behavior from this person while being talked down to and treated poorly. If I was not happy with the laser package and other professional staff here plus having already paid for my package, I would not continue coming here due to this rude front desk staff member. This one staff member has completely ruined my overall experience with this business.
