Derek D does such a great job. He is always professional, respectful and gives me a call ahead of arrival so I can ensure my dog is not outside. I have no problems with pests since using Alta Pest Control and having Dereck as our technician.
Daniel was polite, friendly and respectful. He did a very thorough job inside and outside. I had been disappointed in the past that other technicians were reluctant to spray on the inside when requested. John Evans talked me into giving Alta another chance. He was very nice on the phone.
So far so good with Alta. They are pretty expensive in my opinion, but they have done decent enough work on the first 2 treatments. The technicians have been pretty friendly and got the job done. I would give them 5/5 if they were just slightly cheaper.
