I had a great experience with this roofing company. I called them out to inspect my roof and to diagnose a leaking chimney. Bradley, the technician who came out, was incredibly honest and respectful. After thoroughly checking everything, he let me know that my roof was actually in good shape—no unnecessary upselling or pressure.
He also figured out the real issue: a leak coming from the chimney. Bradley quickly identified that the caulk on the chimney flue had worn away, allowing water to get in. He re-caulked it on the spot and even went the extra mile to seal up all the exposed nails—completely free of charge!
Bryan, Nick, and their entire crew did an amazing job. Communication regarding the daily production expectations was fantastic. They were all kind, professional, and courteous. Every day they did a thorough clean up and left the property as clean as could have ever been expected. Five stars without a doubt!!
