Here is the deal, at first we had a great experience the first 2-3 times. Then we began to have "scheduling conflicts", rain delays and receiving emails stating they could not service us because "the gate was locked". The communication with this company was lackluster at best, weeks would go by with no response to emails - then today (on Memorial Day weekend) we receive an email after yet again not receiving lawn service stating that they would no longer be servicing anyone south of 63rd St. so here we sit, with no chance to have our lawn mowed prior to next week.
