Fusion is THE BEST in Norman! The yoga classes here have some of the best teachers whom all are very knowledgeable. My personal training sessions one on one with Lindsey are my favorite! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great yoga studio!

I have taken many different yoga classes at Fusion Fitness and Yoga in Norman, OK. I can say that I have sincerely loved every one. The personal training classes are tailored to me, which I appreciate! If you’re looking for a studio that recognizes and appreciates you at whatever level you’re at, Fusion is for you.

Great yoga studio and instructors! Lindsey focuses on her client’s needs and you can tell she loves helping her students. She also focuses on building lasting relationships not only in the studio but in the community as well.
