Truly THE BEST YOGA EXPERIENCE I have ever had in the 10+ years of practicing was the 10am class with Rachel. I cannot accurately describe how perfect it was but I will try: the ambiance was nurturing (music, lighting, temperature, other patrons, plants, etc.); the practice was just challenging enough and not at all miserable; any question I asked about posture or stretch was greeting with a kind and practical answer (“where should I feel the stretch?” , “should my hips be squared?”, etc.); the best and final part: “desert” (you are in shivasana and placed on your belly is a cold towel for a delicious cool-down).Rachel clearly knows how to make a space special,...read full review

This place is amazing! Ps. With your first check in on yelp you get $10 off your drop in class!! #scoreVery welcoming and so knowledgeable. Classes are never over booked and there is plenty of room for you and your mat. Bring a towel because you're going to sweat. They do have towels for purchase. Every instructor I've had has been extremely kind and helpful. They also offer massages by appointment. Great place and within walking distance from me. Love love love.

I absolutely LOVE this studio. The feel of the place place is great, the instruction is great, and my search for “zen” is coming along nicely. Thank you to Rachel and all the other amazing instructors for helping me bend and twist away all my stressors!
