“This was my first massage, so I didn't know what to expect. I used the booking process on their site, which was pretty easy. They made sure to ask about thing like allergies and what kind of pressure I preferred (I went with 'medium' since I had no idea, lol), what my desired focus was (neck and shoulders) and which therapist I would prefer (this was optional, and when I selected my appointment time, it chose a person for me). When I arrived, the atmosphere was immediately calming. My therapist, Talia was very pleasant and made sure to ask whether I needed water or to use the restroom before the session started. She gave me a clear runthrough of what to expect and made sure I was comfortable before getting started. The session itself was wonderful. I didn't realize how tense my whole body was! For most of the session, Talia did her work and just let me relax with the music, but when I wasn't able to relax my leg, she guided me through that very carefully and calmly. At the end she asked how I felt. I, of course, felt great! I don't think I could've asked for a better first experience, and immediately booked another appointment.“

“A very aesthetically pleasing and fancy-feeling establishment, smells great when you walk in, and not super loud! I haven't got my hair done here, but I had to pee while driving through and they allowed me to use their very clean restroom. All the ladies who were getting their hair done looked goregous, so I can attest they do very pretty blonde hair.“

“I received a wonderful pedicure from Mary, but when I went to check out, there was some child behind the counter (and yes, I mean a young girl) who DID NOT KNOW WHAT SHE WAS DOING trying to ring me up. This is unacceptable. There should be an adult or someone trained behind the register, especially when you are dealing with someone's money.“
