“This was my first massage, so I didn't know what to expect. I used the booking process on their site, which was pretty easy. They made sure to ask about thing like allergies and what kind of pressure I preferred (I went with 'medium' since I had no idea, lol), what my desired focus was (neck and shoulders) and which therapist I would prefer (this was optional, and when I selected my appointment time, it chose a person for me). When I arrived, the atmosphere was immediately calming. My therapist, Talia was very pleasant and made sure to ask whether I needed water or to use the restroom before the session started. She gave me a clear runthrough of what to expect and made sure I was comfortable before getting started. The session itself was wonderful. I didn't realize how tense my whole body was! For most of the session, Talia did her work and just let me relax with the music, but when I wasn't able to relax my leg, she guided me through that very carefully and calmly. At the end she asked how I felt. I, of course, felt great! I don't think I could've asked for a better first experience, and immediately booked another appointment.“
