“I have been going to Live Well 360 for sometime now for my well being. Lisa Woody is an excellent massage therapist. There have been a few times that I have also used Marisol for massage therapy. I would highly recommend Marisol to anyone who needs relief from body aches and pains. I am also seeing Dr. Kenelle Shepherd for acupuncture and cupping for extremely tight muscles. She is amazing. I am able to walk/stand longer than I have been able to in quite some time. 5 Stars ladies!!!“

She was knowledgeable and could sense my preferences even when I couldn’t articulate them myself. Unfortunately, my schedule became quite unpredictable, and I couldn’t plan ahead for my next appointment. Despite this, I managed to find some time today and crossed my fingers for a quick haircut. Fantastic sense of humor, I actually look forward to sitting in a chair for an hour getting foils in because she’s so fun and easy to talk to. The other stylists there are also lovely, and the salon itself is gorgeous. Can’t recommend Urban Retreat and Rachel (though from what I’ve seen, there are many highly skilled stylists there!!) enough.“

“I've been going to Cut Loose for roughly 15 years. Sometimes hair salons have a problem with cutting men's hair, but I've never had a problem at Cut Loose. They are excellent in their service and very pleasant to talk to. I would highly recommend them.“
