I was originally going to write a terrible review due to my cancellation after graduating college and moving being messed up close to six months back. Charges were sent to collections affecting my credit and all without my knowledge. Could not get ahold of anyone on the weekend. But this Monday I called and spoke to a super friendly and helpful front desk manager Shyanne, expecting to run into more problems trying to get this settled. She was knowledgeable, quick, helpful and insightful about the processes affecting my situation. She finally reached the conclusion that she would go talk to her general manager. I absolutely love the staff here they’re all very kind and helpful! The machines here are excellent and a huge variety. I truly felt my gains were at a peak when coming here. Thanks Crunch!
The equipment sucks and I stand around at the desk a lot waiting. The sanitizer bottles and paper towels are rarely restocked. I don't go there to walk around cleaning or without cleaning. I don't pay $34 a month to do their jobs.
