Gina and her team are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to getting the most out of your body during exercise with stretching and massage. I would highly recommend visiting Balanced Body and taking full advantage of their stretching memberships!
Regardless you are sitting too long, or had a car crash, or sports injury, or just aging, you should come to this place! Gina knows everything about the human body. As an mid-aged man that loves intensive exercises, this is the go to place. Her knowledge really helped me on my multiple injuries and pains. Moreover, the movement that she advised me, eventually built me to be even stronger and better.
Took my teenage son here to be stretched during football season. He came away feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.We have nothing but positive feelings about the techniques used.We will definitely continue seeing Gina.
