With over 2,400 locations, the gym is known for its friendly staff and well-stocked, clean facilities. Customers appreciate the easy-to-use equipment and the overall comfortable atmosphere, where people can focus on their workouts without feeling judged. The staff, including some who go above and beyond with customer service, are described as super friendly and attentive. The gym is notably clean, with multiple staff members consistently maintaining the cleanliness of the equipment and space. During visits, there are usually many options of equipment, including multiple of popular machines, and wait times are minimal, especially in the less crowded months. The Black Card amenities add extra value for members. However, some customers wish the gym was open 24 hours, and there are occasional issues like billing mistakes that need resolution. Despite these minor concerns, most reviewers are satisfied with the offerings and the positive experience they have had at Planet Fitness.
Nice place with kind staff, and it’s always very clean. My only concern is that the gym doesn’t have a hip thrust machine or a stationary cycling bike, both of which are important to me. A hip thrust machine is especially valuable for many women, and it’s a common piece of equipment in most gyms. I hope you’ll consider adding these machines, they would make the gym even better. I was not greeted when I punched in with a front desk employee
This is my regular gym, only annoying thing is staff doesn’t seem to be equally trained, most of the staff gives the 50% discount on all the drinks including Celsius and then some won’t and claim it’s against policy, which is fine I just want consistency like is it half off for black card or not. Seems like these small issues are easy to solve with some communication from management.
