“Review of today's service 06/22/26<br>I called on 06/19/26 to schedule a toman bath spa package for today. I told the receptionist I wanted to do a roman bath package and a European facial. She checked the schedule and said she could do Monday at 1230. I agreed. When she confirmed she said so you want a facial and a bath soak? I said yes the roman bath package. She confirmed and she scheduled it. When I arrived today I wasn't given much instruction just that it was a 30 minute soak and she'd come back in about 15 min to check on me. At the 30 minute mark Maddie knocked on the down to let me know she was ready for me to do my facial when I was. I thought it a little odd as I thought there was some other elements (which there were) to the roman bath package but just took it in stride. After my facial which was amazing, I went to the front and asked what I actually had as I wanted the Roman bath. I was told that I was scheduled simply for the ancient oat soak which was 45 dollars. I was like but thats not what I wanted or what thought I was getting. She said the receptionist who I spoke to may not have understood what I wanted. I told hervivwas happy to save some money, but I was disappointed because I was misunderstood. I should have double checked when I arrived but in retrospect I felt a little rushed when I called and that the receptionist didn't fully understand what I wanted. At least I wasn't charged for the Roman bath and only got the ancient oat. Receptionists should be knowledgeable about your services and should fully confirm before scheduling. She didn't seem to really know what i wanted when I called. If I was going to choose a bath soak I would have chosen the charcoal.
