“1st beginner yoga class was almost 6 months ago. Stepped up to twice weekly after about a month, and have been attending regular yoga classes since then. Classes are fun and accommodating with just the right amount of challenge. Instructor is friendly, moves and positions are well explained, and everyone is always made to feel welcome, regardless of skill or ability. Would definitely recommend to complete beginners and experienced yogis alike.“
