I haven’t been so impressed with a company in a really long time. I really thought customer service was dead, but I have to sing praises for Dustin Harwell at Climate Experts who went above and beyond to help us! He was here in less than an hour, had it diagnosed, parts found and then proceeded to save my ancient air conditioner (that was apparently running on prayers). Even though it was in a 160 degree attic and he was melting, he refused to call it a day and leave us with no AC over the weekend. If you want a company who’s owner truly cares about their customers and does a phenomenal job at at an amazing price, call them. There is no question who we will be using from now on.
