HMS repaired one unit for $2,800 instead of a $12,000 new system, and another for around $300 after finding a minor problem. The company fixed a mini split that wasn't blowing cold by repairing a leaking connector and recharging the system, with no silly upsell. Customers describe HMS as honest, affordable, and fantastic to deal with, with quick service. When a hot water heater died on a Friday night, HMS called back first thing Monday morning and had two technicians out with a new heater after lunch. Though a manufacturing flaw caused a leak, Mike and Rocky quickly swapped the tank, and everything works great. HMS is not the cheapest, but they are good and trustworthy. I have used HMS for many years with excellent results. My son called another company recently, without consulting me, and was told he needed a new A/C unit at a cost of $12,000. HMS came out and repaired it for $2,800. My daughter had a similar experience some years ago. Also told she needed a new unit. HMS found a relatively minor problem and repaired the unit for around $300. If you want competent, honest service, call HMS.
