I needed it fixed and was referred to Erin. Let me say, she did not disappoint. I got exactly the look I was going for, based on a picture. She matched the colors up exactly and gave me the look I was trying to achieve. Most importantly, fixed what the other stylist “messed up.” 10/10 recommend. If I could give 10 stars I would. “3 years ago I walked into this place after rolling the dice with SuperCuts and getting the worst experience of my life. Can’t even remember how I ended up in Vicki’s chair, but we connected instantly. Vicki truly cares about each cut, and she does everything possible to ensure that the customer is happy with it. If it takes a hour and a half of finishing touches/changes, she is happy to do it—and she ALWAYS comes in on her days off every week to get people in. Vicki has more experience than anyone at this location (30 years), and she has become one of my closest friends. She’s the most kind, empathetic, compassionate, and personable stylist you could have the pleasure of knowing. We always laugh because I won’t cheat with another barber. If we’re not getting along, we have to work through it because no one is leaving this relationship 🤣 This place is more affordable than any other barber shop, and they’ve got some great people.
