BKB always takes care of our air conditioning needs! In 90 degree heat and our unit not working, they came out the same day to get us back up and running. Adrian and his team are fantastic to work with, friendly and professional. I can’t rave about them enough! Thanks BKB!
We noticed a small water leak originating in the utility closet and traced it to our heat and air unit. I called Adrian at BKB about 4:30 pm and he volunteered to come out right away but that wasn’t necessary so he sent a crew first thing the next morning. Tim and his helper quickly found that the 30+ year old copper pipe that carries condensate water from the HVAC unit outside to an outside flower bed had a pinhole leak in it. They replaced the pipe we to the slab, checked out both of our units, charged us less than I expected and were on their way to the next job. BKB replaced both of our HVAC

I called as our house was not cooling. They answered the phone and within ten minutes called back to say technicians were on their way. Tim was very cordial, professional and apprised me of everything he was doing and WHY! Service was thorough and he provided the short fix while we await seeing what is and is not under warranty.
