10/10. Very knowledgeable and honest. Went out of his way to cut me a deal multiple times and priced everything fair. The technician and company genuinely cared more about my family’s well being in this heat more than making a sale. It’s hard to come by honest God fearing business men like these guys. I used to do hvac for a living myself, and when I say these dudes know their stuff… They know their stuff. Overall: High quality equipment. High quality customer care. High caliber technician. Top tier company.
Used them for a/c service. Their service guy was knowledgeable and answered my questions. Had a slight issue but it was handled well. Would I use these guys again? Yes I would mainly due to the good customer service I got when I needed it.
Had Apex out to clean and asses both of my ACs, and basically figure out how to make them last a little longer while I save up for replacement. Didn’t try to scare me into replacing before it was time, was clear with me about what condition they were in and what they were doing to help the situation. Really appreciate honesty like that.
