I had a new system installed about two years ago adn it was running a lot due to low cooling capability. I asked s tech to check it, e d=said it was fine. I had storm damage to a roof vent for my furnace so I had another tech come in and address the damaged vent. WHen he heard our story about the new unit, he thoroughly checked the system and discovered it was never fully charged. He fixed it at no extra cost and even installed filter cover that was too high to reach, for which I had the part already from a hardware store.
