The pharmacy staff at McAlester Choctaw clinic is the best! They are pleasant, knowledgeable and eager to help. I've spoken most often to Sharon and Misty but I've never had a bad experience.
It's always hit or miss with the Choctaw clinics. It has been pretty difficult setting up an appointment in McCalester. I called for over and a month before I was able to get in. Just as an workplace some employees are nice and others are not. I spoke with someone in the Dental department, and she was rather rude. I get it truly, sometimes working sucks. I think many of the workers at the Choctaw clinics are overworked. Alas, that does not excuse rude behavior.
Dr Nelson is 10/10 best dentist I've ever been to. He saved my teeth and I couldn't be more grateful. The Staff/Assistants are amazing as well. I'm definitely not worried about going back!
