Called was on hold for 13 minutes for dental, called them on my moms phone while still on hold they answered 😒 not only that they billed my insurance for a cleaning instructions implying that when I went there for my cleaning the dentist thought oh this adult man needs teeth brushing instructions like she isn't the reason a filling came lose by flossing my teeth too hard but hey maybe the filling was just ready to come out but being rough enough to still damage my teeth or gums was a bit too much and to bill something on there that was common knowledge from when I was younger , maybe even the fact that it takes almost a year and a half to even have another...read full review
dr .Martin was awesome she helped my daughter find an amazing oral surgeon to help get her wisdom teeth out. Even though she has super high like 10/10 high dental anxiety. Dr Martin was super understanding and found the perfect one to help . Thank you so much
2 stars simply and only bc of the reception desk. Doctors and nurses are fantastic. However, most of the front desk staff at the medical clinic are rude. The only one I’ve had a pleasant experience with is the young man . He smiles , he greets and he actually acknowledges you when you’re standing at the window. All others avoid eye contact, ignore and leave you standing there as if you’re not worth a moment of their precious time to simply say “ I’ll be right with you, or someone will be with you in a moment “ it’s absolutely absurd and infuriating.
