Staff is great but to schedule appointments and get a call back is a joke... especially after an ER visit...I wish they would figure this out 3 mth later finally seen Dr doan..then my shoulder messed up I call to get appointment says line is no longer in service then when I do get calls in it will be 2 weeks out...this makes me so angry...get it together or I'm gunna find another place to go....

Usually, I don’t have to wait long after checking into the doctor’s office; I typically get my vitals taken within 25 minutes or less. The front office staff can vary in their performance, but overall, they are friendly and helpful. As a paraplegic, I highly value customer service and kindness, which is evident in my reviews. My current doctor, Dr. Desai, has great bedside manner and is enthusiastic about research. However, since she is an intern who is about to graduate and move on, our last visit seemed a bit disorganized.

Had my appendix out. Tornado happened to hit while I was still admitted to hospital and it was also my
birthday. Nurses were great, Dr. Mann that performed my surgery was also great, he actually took time every time he came to do his daily rounds to talk and chat for about 30-45 minutes about different things. On my discharge day all the nurses that had taken care of me came into my room singing me happy birthday with a candle, cupcake and homemade card they made. Very sweet and thoughtful. Went the extra mile.
