Dr Berges is caring, compassionate, and extremely knowledgeable. She has helped my wife who is 80 years young through many difficult times and continues to do so. She answers questions and explains procedures thoroughly. She is the best Dr we have been going to in many years.
I would like to thank Remedy Health care of McAlester, Oklahoma, specifically the office of Doctor Chelsea Berges for their professionalism. I am 66 years old and have numerous health issues, and have had many doctor's offices and have never experienced such a kind, compassionate, and professional Doctor and staff anywhere. Today I had a prescription the Dr. Berges sent in for me which was sent in less than an hour from my request on Spruce. The medication that was prescribed has recently been completely out of stock in virtually every pharmacy in our area. When Dr. Beene left to go to Remedy, I followed him there. He was the best primary Doc I'd had, and didn't want to lose him. Then, I lost my insurance for a better part of the year, and I was still able to see him because of how Remedy works, which was a lifesaver.Now, even though I have insurance back and everything else, I choose to keep my subscription. I can also contact the docs off hours or weekends with problems if I need to. I haven't had to, but it's nice to have the option.
