The lovely ladies at the front desk , moved my experience up to 2 stars. The guy sitting in the big room to the left was not only unfriendly what gave me the distinct impression that if he and his company wasn't gonna make money off me.I wasn't worth his time of day

Had a surgery my team didnt send me the prep for the day before.when in at 830 and then proceed to wait over hr and just for them to come and say its at v &v and then didnt even call in a med the insurance would cover

Don't worry about calling there you will never get anybody no matter what hoops you jump through. My team (2) is superb and will do anything for me... When I am there or show up or leave a message.... Other than that they never know I am needing them... One can not simply call and ask front desk a question... The VA need to change this! Some people just need to here a person to say it's OK!
