Dr. Stover is wonderful. Didn't have an appt but only waited a few minutes. Was very gentle and concerned with my shihtzu. Even called 2 days later to check on her to see how she was doing. I would definitely recommend Jay Veterinary Clinic and Dr. Stover.
The staff were extremely nice from the moment I stepped in the door. The dental hygentist was kind and gentle as well. All the staff treated me with dignity and respect during the entire process. Dr. Wilcox was thorough and explained the exam results. He took his time, and I didn't feel rushed. He was sympathetic with my anxiety and fears from previous dentist procedures. I felt assured with the treatment plan that was developed so I made another appointment. 5 star rating for sure!!!!!
