Technician answered my questions while doing the entire job needed rather than what another company did, just did the easy part and told me the reason I had issues was my unit needed to be upgraded bigger… turns out, that other company didn't do the whole job so performance was poor. I had Air Wise do a check and no, just needed to have the whole cleaning that I'd paid other company to do, actually be done completely. Technician, Ryan, answered my questions in ways I could understand, without making me feel stupid for asking. A really great experience today, even better because I wasn't having someone try to sell me something unnecessary. Can we just clone Ryan and have him work in every HVAC company everywhere?”
