“While visiting Enid, I enjoyed exceedingly friendly, warm, and professional personal training with Mary, and a top-notch pilates reformer class with Kelley (who managed to guide our group aged 12 to 70+ to all have a tough, safe, and fun class!). Excellent cueing and motivation from both! The gym is spotless, has a great variety of equipment, and I was impressed seeing trainers work effectively with people recovering from injuries, stroke, managing scoliosis, wanting to build functional strength, etc. Wish my visit was longer so I could have tried a yoga class! Cecelia, Emily, Dawn, and even the other clients all welcomed me like family. Supportive community! Highly recommend the GYM!“
