When it came to needing a new roof, I was “getting there”, as they say. But after a hail storm swept through my area, I went ahead and called the guys over at USA Roofing and am sure glad I did. They didn’t try to sell me on some Pie in The Sky “AI” tool. They looked me in the eye, gave me a quote, and were with me every step of the way. They were even patient with me as I switched back and forth between shingle options. If I could only use four words to describe this company, they would be: personable, professional, polished, and pristine.
After hail damage, I needed inspection and repair for insurance purposes. They documented everything clearly with photos and notes, which helped speed up the claim process. The repair was done in sections so part of the roof always stayed protected. There was a small delay in matching shingle color, but they corrected it before finishing. Cleanup was handled well considering the debris involved. The roof now looks uniform again and there are no visible impact marks left behind.
