My hair is okay. I have never paid almost $300 for color,, hi lites, and a trim. It was my fault for not getting the specific price, but I had no idea Ulta charged prices like this! I was actually in shock!! I’m from Austin a very expensive city, but Utra in Enid,Ok is the most expensive place I’ve ever had my hair done. Just be careful bc they charge high prices for services other places don’t charge for. I wish the lady doing my hair would have given me a heads up about prices, she didn’t. I guess she thought I was extremely wealthy! lol just make sure to ask price questions.

I'll be honest, before Ulta became one of the stops on our shopping route, a trip to a makeup store meant my girl would emerge unhappy hours later... Then came Ulta. This store is her happy place, and that makes me a happy guy. From my perspective, there's a fantastic mix of high-end brands and the more affordable stuff she likes to experiment with. Honestly, the best part is seeing her come out of the store—she's always energized and excited about her finds, whether it's a new scent or her favorite brand. On Black Friday I had an issue with my online order so I decided to go into the store to see if they could help. They were very busy but no one made me feel bad for coming in with an online order issue. The manager that helped me (I wish I had asked her name) was extremely helpful & patient!
