Trainers in Stillwater

“I travel to Tulsa daily and use many of their facilities most of the time. When I am home I go to Stillwater’s location and the staff is, for the most part, amazingly friendly and helpful. The facility is well managed and well kept.

However, one girl stands apart. The indian girl that works there isn’t attuned to customer service. Her comments come off as snide and abrasive. When people are uncomfortable with that, she laughs to herself. Maybe that’s not how she intends it but it certainly comes across as rude to my friends and I who do not go to this location together. She needs additional training or more job experience in general.“
