I really wanted to have a good experience here and I hate to have to leave a review that’s less than satisfactory but feel it’s needed. I tried to book three times in the last two weeks and all the appts didn’t work out. First time they called me morning of the appt and said they didn’t get their shipment in and needed to cancel about 4 hrs before my appt. Second time they were closed due to weather (which I know isn’t their fault). Third time, my appt was confirmed and I did not receive any notifications to make me think otherwise. Viki is so personable and great practitioner. Have had several of her treatments and very satisfied.

The provider was kind and helpful. The reception area is unorganized and overcrowded. It gave me anxiety and the girls working the desk couldn’t agree on basic information. They seemed like they wanted to be helpful. They just weren’t aware of how long other people had already been waiting and weren’t consistent on prices and procedures. The adjustment itself helped. One would think it would be more relaxing as massages are offered there as well The provider was knowledgeable.
