I worked with 3 of them and as a more mature person (60+) I enjoyed the variety and encouragement each gave me, and the workouts were tailored to my goals. They work a lot with seniors who are recovering from knee and hop replacement, or simply have mobility issues. You also can have access to the cardio equipment and weights after hours. Very welcoming!“
