I've been a loyal commercial tenant for almost 2 years. A few months ago, I informed that landlord of my intentions of expanding my business so I can have multiple therapists and I signed a lease to move to a larger office with this company. I was recently notified that since I am a "destination" therapist, they have decided to lease commercial space for other therapists, in direct competition with my business. Yes, I see a few clients who are disabled and others who cannot come to my office. However, during every afternoon and evening, I am seeing clients in my office for between 22 and 40 hours a week.
