Champion Home and Companion Care was there for us we when we needed support for our Mom and family after the loss of our Dad. They are flexible, supportive, easy to contact and work with. The program, staff and care givers are wonderful. They are caring and compassionate while providing the safety and reassurance that our Mom is not alone during a very difficult transition time in our family. The family owned component made a difference. The way the program is set up with caregivers of all ages is advantageous to the care that they provide. I am the RN working at Champion at this time. I would like to say that this company is on of the most professional home care companies that I have been associated with in my nursing career. They follow all rules and regulations set by the state of Oklahoma and by Medicare. If you are looking for a company to take care of a loved on then I recommend Champion. It is run by a group of medical professionals that not only know the guidelines for this profession but exhibit the love and care that you would want for your grandma or grandpa. I would like to give Champion Home and Companion Care a huge thank you. I would highly recommend these professionals to help you when needed. I had a huge back surgery and after getting out of rehab I still needed help to be able to stay home by myself. The two women (Britany and Emma) that helped me were not only patient, compassionate, but also very professional. They were encouraged me while still giving me my privacy. They helped me by teaching me more techniques that I could add to the ones the rehab taught me. It gave me the confidence that I needed to preform my daily tasks. They were so kind to just give me someone to visit with to make the day not seem so long.Thank you again!!Lisa Teske

I hired this company to care for my husband, who suffers from dementia and has limited mobility, while I attended a family funeral in Hugo, Oklahoma. I explained to Ginger Nickel and also the CNA assigned to care for my husband that I didn’t know exactly what time I would be back home but it would be late afternoon. Of course they had my phone number with instructions to call me if they had any questions or problems. When I got home at 5:00 pm my husband had been left alone, with a soiled diaper and wet clothes. He was frightened and alone, and can’t even use a phone to call for help. I was livid!! Their answer to me was the CNA had been scheduled until 4:00 pm. No one ever told me they were going to leave at 4. No one called me to find out when I would be home. They just walked out and left my husband alone. I would not recommend this company to care for anyone!!

Champion Home and Companion Care provided exceptional care for my mother. Office manager Ginger was always very responsive and mindful of my mothers care and our families needs. Moms caregiver, Dawn was a blessing with her gentle way and spirit that help navigate the changing day to day care.
