He just left. But think about this, he came early after calling ahead. Very polite. Very efficient. My water just would not stop running. He assessed the problem, tried to turn off the water so he could do the work. But the water meter was broken so he called the city so they would come and fix it. They did. He came back the same day! He stayed till the job was done. As he was leaving he told me he even changed my water filter for me when he didn't have to do that!!! WOW. This guy was fantastic! You will not regret it. Everything works now. Very happy.

Below zero temps equalled frozen hot water pipes. Called Boehm - got to us within 30 minutes - thawed the pipes, showed us what to look for and where. Always prompt, always fair, always quality work!
