We love Urbanex. The techs are usually really friendly and efficient. The one time I was unhappy with a tech's behavior, I called management and asked that he not return and never saw him again. They treat the yard and the house and we see far fewer flies and mosquitos than we did with Terminex. I've called for an emergency spray, due to seeing scorpions when I have twin babies and they've come right out. They're cheaper than bigger names and we've overall been more impressed.

Branhan came out and took awesome care of my yard! We were having issues with ants and they came right out the day after I called explained to me how and what he was doing and why and it was very informative. I was very impressed with his service! I have been a customer for over a year now and we have ZERO bugs inside. No fleas or ticks either! Love them! Def recommend this company.
