Very friendly team and great experience overall

Hunter came out and did a great job! He determined that my house had winged carpenter ants and not termites coming out of a windowsill because of poor caulking inside and out. He spread carpenter ant bait outside the window, carefully spread an insecticide dust in the windowsill crack, and sprayed around the house perimeter and garage. He offered to spray inside as well but I declined. He was quite knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

OTS is always my second opinion when receiving termite reports that have issues. Tim and the other techs are very efficient and thorough with their observations. They are my first choice when treatment is needed. They have also cleared issues that don’t require treatment, saving my clients money and relieving unnecessary stress.
