We recently discovered termite damage to our oak wood flooring in our living room. The receptionist was kind and helpful. The owner came out within a day or two and gave us a quote. Mr. Tim Britt is a really nice person, been in the business for years and was extremely thorough. the quote was VERY reasonable. Within a few days the OTS crew of 3 super nice guys came out, drilled all around the house and inside where the damage was. They were courteous and friendly and did a great job.

They are so helpful, fast, and do their job great!!! I don't remember his name but he was so nice! My college roommates and I need our house sprayed for bugs, they were fast, we felt safe! We recommend!

Just finished our yearly inspection. I highly recommend getting your house inspected yearly. The technician was extremely friendly and professional. We kept this service at our last home for 7 years.
