I would absolutely not recommend using this company. I had them come out to see what was wrong with my air conditioning system the tech just stared at my system the whole time didn't test anything and told me it was my blower motor. I knew this was a possibility based off research but I was hesitant because he didn't test anything he literally just stared at my system. I asked him to work up an estimate and he went outside paced my yard for a good amount of time on the phone. Came back in still on the phone I felt like I was intruding in my own house with the looks he was giving me so I walk into another room for a second. Very helpful and friendly technicians and quick service. Love the no fees for after hours or weekend service. They make sure our home is set up right and in working order before leaving, and help explain the situation. I’ve used Suntech twice now for AC and plumbing repairs, both good service.

I had a great experience with Suntech Heat & Air from start to finish. The technician arrived on time, was professional, and took the time to thoroughly inspect and explain everything about my system in a way that was easy to understand. I really appreciated the honesty—no pressure, no upselling, just clear recommendations and solid service.
