Josh is/was my tech, he's a very mandible young man very polite you don't see that in young men that are his age very knowledgeable and I'm very grateful that they sent him out and that he will be coming back to finish taking care of what issues I have.Services: Plumbing leak detection

We had some issues with our plumbing; the toilets weren't flushing properly and we had backup into the bathtub. We called our home warranty company and they assigned us to a company. This company never called us back!I called our home warranty company again and asked if they could reassign us to another company, which they did! Plumb Genius texted us and said they would be available between 2-6. Then they called and said it would be 2:00! We received another text saying they would arrive at 1:40! Sure enough, Josh arrived at exactly 1:40!Josh was able to clear the blockage in under an hour! He answered any questions we had. He did a great job! By the way, this happened...read full review
