Such a rude & dismissive front desk. Said she called & talked to me directly when she absolutely did not & I told her I was not on the phone with anyone from this department & she just dismissed me & told me I couldn’t get in even though I scheduled an appointment.

This place is not near as good as it once was. The front desk women are rude and not helpful at all. I need a refill on a medication I’ve been taking for years. I’m completely out, and Taylor Beaird won’t even spot me a few to get by until I can come in for an appointment which is 2 weeks away. It’s hard for me to take off work at certain times so I will have to wait two weeks to get a prescription.

This location desperately needs people that know how to answer the phone and call people back. Taylor Baird is great, but the support staff needs to be replaced ASAP.I’ve been calling for a week and no one has returned my calls. I called yesterday and finally spoke with someone that assured me I would get a call back… still waiting. I’ve been calling for 45 minutes and no one is picking up this morning. Time to find a new doctor.
