Great care as always no complaints keep up the good work Katie was great Jill always always goes the extra mile the front desk checking lady was great I don’t know her name and the lady named Amy that scheduled my appointment was very mine full of my availability due to my work schedule and she was able to accommodate me. From the initial phone call to schedule the appointment until I walked out the door I was highly impressed I highly recommend Summit Medical Center for all your medical needs.
All the staff are A+. The doctor was A+. The surgery was - well - surgery. All the doctors and nurses and help are good, all are friendly and work to make sure you are comfortable. The surgery was quick and - well, it is surgery, but felt easy. It was a same day surgery. I asked for a later time slot since I have to drive two hours to get there, and they were able to get me in mid-morning instead of first thing in the morning which worked for me and my driver. The surgery went well, had time for a lunch, then saw the surgeon in his office, which is a 30 minute drive away. But easy to get to. So I was out and home that same day. Hopefully I will never have to go anywhere else but Summit Medical Center. Such a good experience every single time. Everyone is so pleasant and awesome.
Shout out to Joe the anesthesiologist (potion maker). I have a lot of problems with sedation and he worked to find something that would work with my current medications and medical issues. The second and third time around were really smooth and I was so grateful. Happy tears of thankfulness.
Shout out to Emily who took care of prepping me, blood pressure and etc. What a nice person to wait out with me through pre-op anxiety. Such a sweet gal. Even though that hand IV was brutal. Haha.
