Taught me everything I need to know about my issue and gave a very fair price compared to the other three places I visited and he gave the most realistic deal. Only charges you for what you need and doesn’t add on anything or play tricks to get money out of you. Got my problem fixed in two days and I got a quick call back. When I visited Best Buy they told me my problem would take 3 weeks to fix and gave a ridiculous number but this place gets it done fast and at a reasonable price.“

“Josh took care of me today here at PC Innovations. PS5 needing liquid metal thermal paste, thought I ordered the right stuff from amazon and was mistaken - figured it out after everything was disassembled and cleaned. Getting more liquid metal would've taken a week online, also not stocked at any local stores or shops. Called PC Innovations, Josh answered and told me to bring it in as is. He not only applied the liquid metal, he spent time cleaning the mating surfaces as well which speaks volumes. Super pleasant and professional, even let me know I might still have issues because the surface had an imperfection (I noticed it as well when I was cleaning it, not something that can be repaired). Overall Josh took the time to make sure I was taken care of and replaced my CMOS battery while he was at it. Could not beat the price or service!“
