“I was needing help fixing a computer related issue, not that it had crashed, but intermittent internet/software problems. So I did a google search for a local IT business. LSG Solutions was where I was led to. Turns out it is actually called Biz-E I.T. Services, the search engine was incorrect. While they do not "repair" personal computers and/or issues as I was experiencing, Alan was so very kind to lend his time in making every effort to assist me. Estimates were provided for each scenario. I approved the work and the next morning I received a phone call informing me that all of my files had been retrieved. Computer Zone is the BEST! True customer service, timely and reasonable.“
